Ad rates are flat-rate per-issue. This means that one ad insertion is guaranteed to run for one issue (or two months, whichever is GREATER) at a fixed price per insertion.  We do not charge "per impression" at this time.  "3x" pricing is for one insertion in three consecutive issues, not three insertions in one issue.  Rates shown are "gross" dollars.  Standard discount of 15% afforded to qualified advertising agencies.  All amounts are in US dollars.  Rates subject to change without notice.
